Merchandise should be inspected immediately upon receipt.
Damages must be reported to carrier and Royal Products Inc. within 5 days of receipt at our toll-free number (800) 693-1199.
Returns without an R.A.# will be refused. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
